McLennan, working for David Lee Marketing (Edmond, OK), rolls down the blacktop in a fully-customized 2002 Mazda Protégé 5 with a conspicuous paint scheme and lots of attitude. The KICKER-based colorwork was crafted by Kal Smith of Paint by Kal in Kenner, Louisiana www.hotbrasbykal.com, who has brushed KICKER vehicles before, including world-champion soundoff rides belonging to Mark Eldridge, Markey Dietrich, and Cory Himel of the old-school KICKER Competition Group.

KICKER gear pounds behind the hatch – a Solo-Baric L7 10-inch sub nourished by an SX1250.1 mono amp, two complete SS65.2 component sets and an addition pair of SS30 oversized tweets and SSMB6 midbass drivers, all fed by a SX700.4 four-channel amp and a SX600.2 stereo amp. The Clarion DVD/FM/CD/MP3 in-dash is fine-tuned with a KQ5 preamp/equalizer.
